Refund policy

At Zamora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

*Non-Returnable: Personal care and hygiene products (once opened), baby care items (once opened), and items marked as final sale.*

To initiate a return, email support@zamora.co.in with your order number and reason. We respond within 24–48 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. COD order refunds are issued via bank transfer.

For damaged or wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
